How billing works

SMTP per mailbox

  • You pay a $100 minimum at the beginning of each billing period.
  • Mailboxes accrue daily at $0.0833 / mailbox / day.
  • The first $100 is included, so it is not accrued again.
  • The monthly minimum is $100 per peak concurrent dedicated IP, with at least one dedicated IP minimum.
  • There is no per-email fee.

SMTP per dedicated IP

  • You pay a $199 minimum at the beginning of each billing period.
  • The first dedicated IP is included in that $199 minimum.
  • Each dedicated IP costs $199 / month, prorated daily.
  • Each dedicated IP has a 30-day minimum commitment.
  • If you delete a dedicated IP before 30 days, it remains billable until the 30-day minimum is met.
  • Sent email usage is billed separately at $0.001 / sent email, including forwarding and warmup emails.

Wallet and invoices

Use Add funds to create a hosted top-up session. Wallet funds are used for upcoming period minimums, accrued usage, and final settlement charges. Use the transaction history to review wallet movements, including top-ups and settlement entries. Use the invoices table to review finalized billing records and download invoice documents when available.

Billing cycle and charges

At the start of each billing period, we charge the monthly recurring minimum ($100 or $199) to the account credit card. We also charge accrued usage from the previous period, after applying any available wallet balance. During a billing period, accrued charges normally remain unsettled until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to charge accrued amounts during the month if the account balance exceeds our credit limit tolerance.

Plan changes and cancellation

Use Change plan to select another self-service plan when plan changes are available for the account. Use Cancel plan to choose cancellation timing:
  • Cancel at period end keeps service active until the current billing period ends.
  • Cancel immediately stops service sooner and settles billing now.
First paid activations have a 10-day refund window. Eligible refunds are processed automatically when the plan is canceled inside the refund window. Outside that window, there is no refund: accrued usage, wallet balance, and dedicated IP commitments settle normally. On the dedicated IP plan, the 30-day minimum commitment per dedicated IP can still apply when no refund is available.
