Profile

Manage your Hybridbox user profile, language preference, login methods, social identities, and profile deletion flow.

Use the Profile page to manage settings for the signed-in user. Profile settings are user scoped, not account scoped.

You must be signed in to use this page. Profile actions apply to your own user identity, not to the selected account.

Profile details

Use the profile form to review and update your personal details:

• Email address is read-only.
• First name and last name can be updated.
• Preferred language controls localized UI and messages in future sessions.

Save changes after editing your name or language preference.

Sign-in methods

Use the sign-in methods section to review and manage how you can access Hybridbox.

Password login

If password login is not enabled, use Set password to add one. If password login is already enabled, use Change password and provide your current password plus a new password of at least 8 characters.

Social sign-in providers

Use connected accounts to link supported providers, such as Google, GitHub, or Microsoft. You can also unlink an existing provider.

You cannot remove the last usable sign-in method for your profile.

Delete profile

Use the danger zone to delete your user profile when you no longer need direct access to Hybridbox.

Profile deletion is not the same as closing an account. If you own accounts, transfer ownership or close those accounts before deleting your profile.

Profile deletion is blocked when you are the last effective owner of one or more accounts.

Expected outcomes

Action	Result
Save profile	Your name and language preference are updated.
Set or change password	Password login is enabled or updated.
Link social provider	The provider sign-in method is added after the redirect flow completes.
Unlink social provider	The provider is removed, as long as another sign-in method remains.
Delete profile	Your identity is disabled, or a blocking account list is shown.
